That George Skrzynecky and Lucian Poznanski were born at all is something of a miracle.
Their mother gave birth shortly after being liberated from a labor camp in the aftermath of World War II. She was too sick to take care of them and so they were adopted.
Neither was aware that the other existed for decades, but eventually George found paperwork proving he had a twin. For years, George searched for his brother to no avail.
It wasn't until last year, when Lucian took new information about their biological mother to the Red Cross Restoring Family Links Program that the brothers were finally able to find each other.
The twins were reunited at an airport earlier this week. When you see the look on their faces when they see each other for the first time, you won't be able to hold back the tears!
