After learning that she had lost her baby, Jacinta Jane headed to Best and Less, an Australian home goods chain, to return the suits she had purchased for her unborn child.
But she was told that she couldn’t return the items because she didn’t have the card she had used make the purchase. That’s when she broke down.

Jacinta explained that she was on her way to the hospital to be induced, and she needed to return the suits now because she didn’t want to deal with seeing them when she got home.
That’s when the cashier, Jo, had a change of heart.
Jo grabbed a manager and asked them to override the system. The manager agreed and gave Jacinta her refund.
But Jo’s kindness didn’t stop there.
She asked Jacinta if she had a blanket to wrap her baby boy, and when she said no, they picked one out together--“blue mink with white clouds on it.”

When Jacinta tried to pay, Jo wouldn’t accept her money. Instead, Jo used her own money to make the purchase.
At the hospital, Jacinta held the blanket and cried.
“I just want you to know it brought so much comfort cuddling his blanket through the contractions, and then wrapping him in it when he was born,” said Jacinta. "You truly are an angel and I thank you from the bottom of my heart!”
