Grammy-winning country star Jason Crabb shares how he and his wife, Shellye, relied on their faith to get them through their struggle to have a child
"We had two miscarriages," says Jason. "It was a difficult season, really hard. We prayed, we cried. Then we prayed some more."
Although it was difficult to understand God's timing, Jason knew one thing to be true and it gave him comfort and hope: "I always lean on HOW BIG GOD is," he shares, "and how much He Loves us and what He went though for us to have hope in this life."
Because of the heartache, when God finally answered their prayers, Jason says the blessing was all that much sweeter and transformed him with love. "God gave us Ashleigh and Emma, the joys of our lives." says Jason. "[I see] Christ through the eyes of my daughters—being a father has taught me so much about God!"
"Now I'm thanking God every day for [time] home with my family," adds Jason. "And I'm grateful for the chance to live out my dream and that He chose me to be a small part of what He does in people's lives."
