Georgia high school sweethearts Joani and Trevion felt blessed to get married and have four beautiful daughters together. But deep down, Trevion had wanted a son, too. However, the doctor told Joani she couldn't have any more children. So the parents accepted the news and moved on.
It was a shock, then, seven years later, when Joani found out she was pregnant with not one, but THREE boys.

It was even more of a shock when she gave birth three months ahead of schedule--from an already risky pregnancy due to her short height.
"The chances of them surviving was extremely low, and God just carried me through it," she said.
Of course, Trevion was over the moon.
"I was smiling ear to ear," he said. "I was happy. I just wanted all of them to be healthy, though."
Considering how early they were born, the new babies did face several health risks. And they were so shockingly tiny that Trevion's wedding band could fit around one of their wrists.
But after a tense 10 weeks, the little angels got to go home. And looking at them now at 18 months, you would never guess all that they had been through at the beginning.
