MAUMEE, OH—Myles Eckert was over the moon to find a $20 bill in the parking lot of Cracker Barrel, but when he saw Lt. Col. Frank Dailey of the Ohio Air National Guard at the restaurant, the 8 year-old decided to give the soldier the money. His reason? He wanted to thank him in honor of his dad, an Army sergeant killed in Iraq. But more than the $20, it was Myles' note that left an impression on Dailey. This is a shining example of how a small act of kindness can be more precious than money—wow!
