Leon Logothetis has spent the last month traveling the country bestowing random acts of kindness on deserving strangers.
In Denver he met James Moss, a father who traveled across the country with his son for a job that fell through. To make matters worse they also lost their housing and their bus tickets were stolen when they arrived.
Logothetis gave Moss $1,000 and a free week in a hotel to help him get on his feet. A video of their interaction inspired Kayla Heskett, a total stranger from Kansas, to set up a GoFundMe account to help Moss buy a car.
The goal of the fundraiser was to raise $7,000, but in a short period of time Moss's story went viral and the campaign ended up generating over $50,000 for him and his son!
"I'm still in shock," James said in the video. "I'm so thankful and so grateful to everyone of you guys who put your prayers out there for us."
