Mom of twins Coty Vincent was devastated when she found herself the victim of a hit-and-run car accident. Not only did she have to get her car repaired on such short notice, she also had to go to a rental car service to get a whole new car to drive while hers was being worked on.
As you can imagine, juggling all this while physically holding two restless babies wasn't easy.
While at the repair shop, an employee named John couldn't help but notice Coty struggling with her 11-month-olds while trying to fill out her paperwork. She didn't have a double stroller, so it was hard for her to hang on to them and write everything out at the same time.
So John, who is a twin himself, simply reached out and took one of the babies, as he filled out his own paperwork on the computer.
Coty was so touched by his act of kindness that she publicly posted a photo of him holding her bundle of joy with the hashtag #BeaJohn.
After the photo went viral, Coty got a call from the rental shop. They would be gifting her with a double stroller! She was ecstatic.
She later opened up about sharing the photo. Part of it was for personal reasons, but part of it was also because she wanted to highlight the positivity in our country during such trying times.
"During such a time of heartbreak and tragedy, for this light to shine through like it has, it’s been phenomenal," she said.
We couldn't agree more!
