Watch your loved ones’ faces light up with delight as they savor this heavenly clafoutis, a traditional French dessert of fresh berries baked in a thick, buttery flan-like batter and sprinkled with powdered sugar. So easy! So good!

- 2 Tbs. butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk
- 1 orange, zested and juiced
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 lb. strawberries, hulled and quartered
Step 1. Heat oven to 325°F. Place butter in 9" pie dish and put in oven to melt 2 min. Remove from oven; pour melted butter into blender. Add eggs, vanilla extract, milk, ¼ cup orange juice, 1 tsp. orange zest, sugar and a pinch of salt to blender; process until fully incorporated. Add flour; blend 30 seconds more or until smooth.
Step 2. Pour batter into pie plate. Scatter strawberries over batter. Bake 1 hr., 10 min. or until center is set and top is golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
