Step 1: Paint 19 clothespins blue, 27 red and 30 white; let dry. Brush glue onto red and blue pins; sprinkle on matching glitter.
Step 2: Clip the blue clothespins onto one-third of the wreath, pointing them in alternating directions. Then clip on the white and red pins in groups of three, alternating the direction of the pins, until the wreath is completely covered.
Step 3: Paint 13 wood stars in varying sizes white; let dry. Use wood glue to attach the stars to the blue clothespins. Jot down 2 Cor. 3:17 onto a large star with permanent marker.
Step 4: Loop 20 inches of ribbon through the top of the wreath and tie it into a bow. Clip on treasured photos, then hang it up.
