Feel comfort and joy wash over you as you create your own beautiful floral halo to display as a constant sign of God's grace.
- Medium-gauge floral wire
- Seasonal blooms
- Bird ornament
- Sheer ribbon
- Blue paint pen
Step 1: For a 12" wreath, start by snipping a length of medium-gauge floral wire (from the craft store) to 25 inches. Bend the wire into a circle, then twist the ends together.
Step 2: Cut a few large handfuls of fresh seasonal blooms in blue-based colors (such as purple yarrow and purple tansy, shown) to 2 inches. Affix blooms to the wire circle using smaller wire snippets until completely covered.
Step 3: Pick up a flat bird accent or ornament from the craft store (like Wood Bird Cutout Cardinal, $10, Amazon.com). Write one of your favorite verses, such as 2 Thessalonians 3:16, on the bird using a paint pen. Tie the bird accent to the wreath with a ribbon. Hang the wreath with ribbon or wire.
