Spend precious together time crafting this centerpiece with the little ones in your life as a beautiful way to spark joy and thankfulness in their hearts for all the Lord's blessings
- Scrapbook paper
- Hot glue
Step 1: Cut a sheet of paper into the shape of a turkey's body. Cut a bow, eye, beak and wattle out of paper; decorate with glitter and glue onto the turkey. Write a verse, like Psalm 100:4, on the belly.
Step 2: Holding the body upright, fold the bottom edge of the paper back so the turkey can sit on a table. Next, hot-glue the turkey's folded base to a small rectangle of cardboard for stability.
Step 3: Cut three bright sheets of paper into 12" squares. To create the feathers, fold one sheet of paper accordion-style. Glue one folded end together, then spread out the opposite end to create a fan. Repeat with the other sheets of paper.
Step 4: Hot-glue one folded fan behind the turkey's body, then glue on the next two fans, raising each slightly higher than the previous. Display on table.
