- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 6 Tbs. butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3–4 tsp. milk
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
Using sharp kitchen scissors, cut each dinner roll into 2 pieces. In bowl, stir together brown sugar and cinnamon. Coat each roll in melted butter, then in cinnamon mixture. Arrange rolls in greased 9" x 5" loaf pan. Top with any remaining butter and cinnamon mixture. Cover with greased plastic wrap and let rise on the counter at least 8 hrs. or overnight.
Heat oven to 350°F. Remove wrap. Bake 25 to 30 min. or until golden. Let cool in pan 10 min. Hold a plate over top of pan, then invert loaf onto plate.
In bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, 3 tsp. milk and vanilla, adding more milk until mixture is smooth and pourable; drizzle over loaf. Dust with cinnamon, if desired. Serve warm.
